Sarah Shusta is an experienced professional in operations management within the fundraising and education sectors. At CDP, Sarah has held various titles such as Associate Director of Operations and Operations Manager, overseeing a team and handling donation processing efficiently. At WGBH, Sarah served as a Fundraising Project Coordinator, enhancing operational processes and leading pledge drive set-ups.
