Paul Bogdan

Paul Bogdan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Paul started their career in 1988 as an Automotive Technician at Geis Automall, where they quickly rose through the ranks to become an Assistant Service Manager and later the Service Manager. During their time at Geis Automall, Paul significantly improved customer satisfaction, increased production rates, and grew the customer base and annual profits.

In 2000, Paul transitioned into the real estate industry, working as a Property/Construction Manager and Owner at Bogdan Properties, LLC. In this role, they located and purchased undervalued properties, consulted with architects and contractors for property transactions and development, and prepared building lots for construction or sale. Additionally, Paul was responsible for home and business repairs.

In 2006, Paul joined Control Associates, Inc. as a Sales Engineer and later took on various roles, including Project Manager for the Brooklyn Navy Yard Cogeneration Facility Hurricane Sandy Recovery Project. As Director of Business Development and Business Development Manager for Control Associates, Inc. Reliability Solutions, they played key roles in driving sales and developing business relationships.
