Leah Jonczak, MS, CCC-SLP has a diverse work experience. Leah is currently a Regional Sales Consultant at Control Bionics (ASX:CBL) since 2021. Leah has also worked as a Speech Language Pathologist at Rockwall ISD since 2015 and at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Rockwall since 2016. Prior to that, they were a Student Intern at MESQUITE SPECIALTY HOSPITAL LP in 2015 and Rockwall ISD in 2015. From 2010 to 2014, they were a Student Clinician and Peer Advisor at University of Texas at Dallas. As a Student Clinician, they provided individual speech and language therapy to children with various diagnoses, assisted in the implementation/teaching of PECS, planned and conducted therapy sessions, selected and administered appropriate evaluation procedures, and provided counseling regarding communication disorders. As a Peer Advisor, they advised a hall of 24 residents on academic performance, school involvement and social development, responded to emergency situations, performed security checks in residential housing, and organized and executed monthly events catered to the needs of 400 residents.

Leah Jonczak, MS, CCC-SLP has a strong educational background. Leah obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Speech-Language Pathology/Audiology from The University of Texas at Dallas between 2009 and 2013. Leah then went on to earn a Master of Science (M.S.) in Communication Sciences and Disorders from The University of Texas at Dallas between 2014 and 2015. In 2016, they obtained a Speech Language Pathologist, State of Texas certification from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, as well as a Speech Language Pathologist, CCC-SLP certification from The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Additionally, they hold a Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) certification from the American Red Cross.
