Allan de Medeiros

Allan de Medeiros has extensive experience in project management and technical support, currently serving as Supervisor de Projetos at Control iD since June 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing hardware and software projects, demonstrating systems to potential clients, and coordinating between sales and engineering teams. Previously, Allan held positions ranging from junior to senior support analyst, focusing on customer assistance, problem resolution, and system implementation. Prior to Control iD, Allan worked as Auxiliar Administrativo at GERENTEC ENGENHARIA, providing customer support and administrative assistance. Allan holds a degree in Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas from Impacta Tecnologia and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Sistemas de Informação at Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul.
