Marnie S. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in crisis management, strategy, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Fellow and Adjunct Instructor at Tulane University School of Social Work, Marnie also leads Global Business Resilience Strategy and Risk at Control Risks for Meta. As the founder of Everyday Ventures Co. LLC, Marnie focuses on providing solutions to enhance decision-making for leaders and organizations in uncertain environments. Previous roles include Crisis Management Lead at the United States Capitol Police, Head of Strategy and Policy at the New York City Emergency Management Department, and Program Manager at Save the Children US. Marnie holds a Master's degree in Public Policy from George Mason University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from The George Washington University, along with training from the National Preparedness Leadership Institute at Harvard University.
