Ray Philip currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at CSeal International since August 2023. In addition, Ray serves as the Managing Director for FLOUR VALVE S.P.A (FZCO) and Blackmane Group since May 2019. Prior experience includes a tenure at TROUVAY & CAUVIN Group from July 2006 to May 2019, where Ray held several roles including Sourcing & Procurement Manager for Valves & Actuation, Product Manager, and Sales Manager for Valves. Ray began the professional journey at Tyco Flow Control as a Sales Engineer from September 2004 to July 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Advanced Controls & Systems from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Instrumentation from KIT, Coimbatore.
