Rafael Aguinaga

Rafael Aguinaga has been working in the VFX industry since 2007. Rafael began their career as a 3D Motion Designer at The Creative Group, then moved to Adcetera in 2008, where they advanced from Motion Designer to Senior Motion Designer, Lead Motion Designer, and 3D Motion Director. In 2017, they began freelancing as a CG Generalist, and also co-founded Control Shift Video, a Houston-based VFX production company, where they serve as Motion Director.

Rafael Aguinaga earned a Bachelor's degree in 3D Design and Animation from The Art Institutes between 2004 and 2007.
