Bill Glase

Bill Glase has extensive work experience in engineering, operations, and management roles. Bill currently serves as the Vice President of Engineering & Operations at Control Solutions LLC, where they lead multiple functions including engineering, manufacturing, program management, and contracts/compliance. Prior to this, they worked at Spectracom as the General Manager of the TT&M business unit, achieving significant revenue growth, implementing cash flow improvement strategies, and managing a global engineering and manufacturing team. Bill also held the position of Director of Engineering & Operations at Spectracom, leading a multi-site engineering team and launching a successful new product. Before joining Spectracom, Bill worked at Harris RF Communications as a Senior Product Manager and Senior Project Manager, where they were responsible for tactical communication product lines, international business expansion, and product development. Bill started their career at Harris RF Communications as a Principal Software Architect and Senior Embedded Software Engineer, contributing to the development of networked tactical radios and next-generation radios. Throughout their career, Bill has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in lean manufacturing and process optimization, and a track record of achieving business growth.

Bill Glase attended Southwestern Central School from 1984 to 1988. After completing their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology from 1988 to 1993. Later, they furthered their education and obtained an MBA degree in International Management and Strategy from University of Rochester - Simon Business School, where they studied from 2004 to 2008.
