Kyle Badge

Kyle Badge is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the HVAC industry. Currently serving as the Engineering Team Leader at Control Solutions Inc. since January 2011, Kyle has effectively led teams of software and project engineers to enhance company standards and improve efficiency within the Construction Department. Previous roles include Software Engineer and Controls Engineer, focusing on programming and managing HVAC building automation projects. Prior experience also encompasses a position as an Applied HVAC Sales Engineer at Carrier Corporation and an Energy Management Intern at Grand Valley State University. Kyle began a career in HVAC as an apprentice technician at Arctic Service. Kyle holds a degree in HVACR Engineering from Ferris State University.
