Timothy Kerkstra

Timothy Kerkstra is an experienced professional in engineering and management, currently serving as a Service Projects Engineer at Control Solutions Inc. since January 2020. Previously, Kerkstra co-owned and managed five rental houses with Roxy Property Management, LLC from March 2009 to April 2022. From April 2017 to January 2020, Kerkstra worked as Energy and Controls Manager for Caledonia Community Schools. A significant portion of Kerkstra's career was spent at Havel, A Division of Shambaugh & Son LP, where sales of Building Automation Systems, HVAC upgrades, and Preventive Maintenance Services were the primary focus from March 1985 to April 2017. Early experience includes a role as Laboratory Technician at Consumers Energy from 1982 to 1985. Educational background includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Electrical Power Technology from Ferris State University.
