Aegir Gudmundsson

Aegir Gudmundsson has a diverse work experience in the field of Information Technology. Aegir has served as the Director of IT Services at Controlant since 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Landsbankinn, starting as a Customer Service Representative from 2010 to 2012. Aegir then transitioned to become a Service Desk Specialist from 2012 to 2015, followed by the role of Service Desk Manager from 2015 to 2021. Lastly, they worked as an Information Technology Specialist from 2021 to 2023, before joining Controlant.

Aegir Gudmundsson completed their Master of Information Management degree from Reykjavik University between the years 2018 and 2021. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Bifröst University from 2006 to 2009.
