Heather Barrier

Heather Barrier has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Heather started their career as an Administrative Clerk at Texas Bank and Trust in 2008 and worked there until 2013. In 2009, they transitioned into education and became a Teacher at Richardson ISD, where they remained until 2021. During their time there, they gained extensive knowledge and skills in curriculum development and training. In 2021, Heather joined White Rock Cybersecurity as a Sales Consultant for a brief period. Later in the same year, they moved to A-MAX Auto Insurance and worked as an Instructional Designer and LMS Administrator until 2023. Currently, Heather is employed at Controlled Contamination Services as a Curriculum Developer and QA GMP Trainer since April 2023.

Heather Barrier holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Dallas, which they obtained in 2008. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in October 2021, an Instructional Design Certificate from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in August 2021, and a Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from Udemy in April 2021.
