Jessica Riling

Jessica Riling serves as the Safety & Operational Excellence Leader at Controlled Products Systems Group since July 2012, achieving significant improvements in operational metrics such as reducing absolute variance from 4.5% to 0. Jessica has taken on various roles within the company, including Operational Excellence Manager, where responsibilities included reworking standard operating procedures, creating a business continuity plan during the COVID pandemic, and redesigning inventory classifications. In addition to current responsibilities, Jessica serves as Operations Director for The Source Marketing Group, providing strategic consulting that has led to a doubling of the customer base. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Whole Foods Market and Taco Bueno Restaurants, with a foundational background in customer care and sales. Jessica holds an Associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Broward College and has additional credentials from McFatter Technical College.
