Iva Vucenovic

Head of Agile at controlplane

Iva Vucenovic is currently the Head of Agile at controlplane. Iva has extensive experience in business administration and management, having worked in various positions at Intel Corporation and McAfee. Iva has also received the Intel Administrative Excellence Award in 2015.

Iva began their career in 2007 as an Office Manager at McAfee. In this role, they were responsible for managing the office and ensuring smooth operations. Iva then transitioned to a Program Manager role at McAfee, where they oversaw the delivery of technical services to cloud and industrial clients.

In 2015, Iva moved to Intel Corporation as a Business Administration Manager. In this role, they led facilities project management and site security efforts, while also addressing risk management concerns and developing systems to support disaster recovery as needed. Iva successfully relocated an operational team in less than three months with no business disruption for a group that supported major clients including government and military clients.

Iva’s experience in business administration and management make their a valuable asset to controlplane. Her ability to effectively manage teams and deliver results has contributed to their success in their various roles.

Iva Vucenovic holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Sussex, as well as A levels in Psychology, Sociology, and Media Studies from Varndean College. Iva also holds a High School Diploma from Treća Beogradska Gimnazija. Furthermore, Iva has earned certifications from APMG International in Prince2 Practitioner Certificate in Project Management and from Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Master.

Their manager is Andrew Martin, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Ivan Pedrazas - Head of Engineering, Ben Fotheringham - COO, and Lewis Denham-Parry - Head of Trading.
