Jacques Menuet

Jacques Menuet has extensive experience in software engineering, particularly in senior roles. Jacques co-founded ControlZee in 2016 and currently serves as a Senior Software Engineer. Prior to that, they worked at Image Guided Therapy as a Senior Software Engineer from 2014 to 2015. Before that, they held the same position at net-Sense from December 2013 to January 2014. From 2010 to 2013, Jacques worked at AXYZ as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed an augmented reality aspect of a historical tour project and created innovative vision-inertial attitude estimation systems. Jacques also developed tools for 3DS Max and Softimage. In 2009, Jacques worked at SC2X- Mad Monkey Studio as a Senior Software Engineer. From 2003 to 2008, they were the Tools and Technology Lead at Realtime Worlds, where they supervised the architecture of in-house technology, wrote and reviewed documentation, and managed the development team. Jacques began their career at Kalisto as a Software Engineer from 1999 to 2002, where they maintained and extended an editor framework and developed a platform-specific data generation tool.

Jacques Menuet completed their education in a chronological manner. Firstly, they attended Saint François Xavier in Vannes in 1994, where they earned a Baccalauréat with a focus on Sciences. Following this, from 1994 to 1996, Jacques pursued their studies at IUT de Vannes, where they obtained a Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie in Computer Science. Lastly, from 1996 to 1999, they attended Polytech Nantes and achieved a Diplôme d'Ingénieur, which is equivalent to a Master of Engineering degree, specializing in Computer Science.
