Hadas Bar-Sela (Ganz) is a seasoned professional in purchasing and supply chain management with extensive experience in strategic and tactical procurement across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Electro-optics, Motion, Mechanics Senior Buyer at CONTROP Precision Technologies Ltd. since January 2015, Hadas has previously held the position of Senior Purchasing Buyer & NPI Project Leader at Lumenis, where responsibilities included managing significant projects valued in millions for manufacturing operations. Earlier, at TowerJazz, Hadas excelled as a Senior Purchasing Buyer, significantly reducing costs and enhancing purchasing performance while managing international procurement for capital equipment and raw materials. Hadas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Braude Academic College, obtained in 2006.
