Michelle Welch

Michelle Welch has extensive experience in project controls and project management. Michelle has held various senior roles in multiple companies, including ARES Project Management LLC | ARES PRISM, JV Driver Group USA, Artech Information Systems, Parsons Brinckerhoff, aeSolutions, iSphere, ARES Corporation, and KSL Engineering. Michelle's responsibilities have included providing performance measurements, reporting forecasting, conceptualizing critical path method schedules, evaluating project forecast accuracy, developing and implementing cost controls, administering budgets, overseeing cost and schedule, coordinating estimating functions, leading presentations, collaborating with project management teams, orchestrating detailed analyses, studying forecast data, generating cost accounting methodologies, and enhancing corporate financial reporting. Michelle has received multiple awards and recognition for their contributions to various projects, including those for NASA.

Michelle Welch attended the Community Colleges of Spokane from 1995 to 1997 and obtained an Associates degree in Business. Michelle then went on to Bellevue University from 2005 to 2007 where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management. In addition to their degrees, Michelle Welch also obtained a certification in Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in August 2005.
