Ieva Ankorina-Stark

Ieva Ankorina-Stark has worked at Contura International A/S since 2000, where they have held the roles of Scientific Director, Medical Advisor, and currently Managing Director/Chief Scientific Officer. Prior to that, they were an Assistant Professor at the August Krogh Institute from 1998.

Ieva Ankorina-Stark began their education in 1974, when they attended Rigas 69. vidusskola and received their High School Diploma in 1984. Ieva then attended the University of Latvia (Latvijas Universitate) from 1984 to 1990, where they obtained a Diploma in Biology. From 1994 to 1998, they attended the University of M\u00fcnster and earned a Ph.D. in Cell Biology. In 2012, they completed the Diploma in Business Excellence, IS-Columbia Executive Program at Columbia Business School.
