Minna Holbech

Minna Holbech has worked in a variety of roles in the chemical engineering industry since 1991. Minna began their career as a Chemical Engineer at Danbrew, and then moved on to become a Production Chemist at Chr. Hansen A/S in 2002. In 2014, they took on the roles of Chemist and Head of Section at LEO Pharma A/S. Minna then became Global HACCP Coordinator at Chr. Hansen Natural Colors A/S in 2016 and Consultant at AlfaNordic A/S in the same year. Most recently, they have been working as a Process Engineer at Contura since 2021.

Minna Holbech completed a course in Project Management at Mannaz | Kurser, uddannelser og konsulentydelser in 2018. From 2012 to 2013, they were a Process Consultant at Rambøll Management Consulting - Attractor. Minna obtained their Chemical Engineer degree from DTU - Technical University of Denmark in 1990, with a focus in Fermentation, Biotechnology, and Food Science. Minna began their education at Solrød Gymnasium in 1983, studying Mathematics and Chemistry.
