Fiaz Sheikh

Fiaz Sheikh, Msc., M.Eng. is a Senior Director of Technology at Conuma Resources, overseeing the Information and Operational Technology Department for multiple operating mines and projects. Reporting to the CFO, Fiaz leads a team responsible for managing various systems, including ERP, Enterprise Asset Management, Fleet Management, and more. Previously, Fiaz held the position of IT Director and Head of Software Development at EVRAZ North America, where management of IT systems across several tubular mills was a key responsibility. Fiaz also served as IT Director at Elran, overseeing a team of IT professionals while managing various IT projects. Early career experience includes working as IT/ERP Manager at DELHAR, where implementation of an ERP system was a significant achievement. Fiaz holds a Master of Engineering in Automation and Robotics from McGill University and completed courses in Control and Information Technology at The University of Sheffield.
