Chief Technology Officer at Conundrum

Alex Dolgov has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Alex started their career as a Web-designer at Internet-perm in 2005, where they focused on web design and the creation of flash elements. Alex then worked as a Designer and Flash developer at DataKit from 2006 to 2010.

In 2010, Alex joined Ogilvy & Mather as a Flash developer/designer, where they were involved in the development of rich websites, video and rich-media banners, and interactive desktop, iOS, and web apps.

In 2012, they joined Mail.ru as a Senior Flash developer, where they worked on Flash/AS3 and HTML5 landing pages, dynamic website development, and game development.

Alex then worked as a Frontend Developer at eTargeting and Mail.ru Group in 2013, where they were responsible for the frontend development of various projects, including Mail.ru's internal ads representation system, ads formats development and support, client creatives' functional testing processes, and HTML5 video ads displaying.

In 2016, Alex joined EPAM Systems as a Senior Software Engineer and also worked as an Application Engineer on behalf of EPAM at Google, where they focused on application engineering.

Currently, Alex is serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Conundrum, a role they started in December 2021. Prior to this position, they held the role of Principal Engineer at Conundrum since October 2019.

Alex Dolgov received their AB degree in Maths and Physics from School №11, where they studied from 1994 to 2004. Following this, from 2004 to 2009, they attended Perm State Technical University (PSTU) where they obtained a degree in Engineer in the field of Special Machine Engineering.
