Sofia Udovenko

Sofia Udovenko is a tax professional specializing in global tax strategy, M&A, transfer pricing, and tax accounting. Currently serving as the Tax Director at ConvaTec since 2021, Sofia is responsible for global tax and transfer pricing strategy as well as US tax reporting and compliance. Sofia previously held roles at Uber, UGI Corporation, and FMC Corporation, where they focused on tax M&A, global tax planning, and compliance. Sofia earned a Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center and a JD from Temple University, and is pursuing further education at the University of Miami.
