Alex Cooper has extensive experience in quality assurance and engineering, particularly in the medical device sector. Currently serving as Director of Design Assurance at Convatec since January 2017, Alex has held various roles within the company, including Associate Director and Senior Manager of Product Quality Engineering. Prior experience includes positions at Johnson & Johnson from June 2010 to December 2016, where Alex progressed from Graduate Scientist to Senior Quality Engineer, contributing to the development of medical devices for diabetes management. Earlier experience includes a role as Quality Lab Technician at Dairy Crest. Alex holds a Master of Science in Medical Diagnostics from Cranfield University and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Birmingham.
