Andrea Splendore currently serves as Vice President & General Manager for Latin America at Convatec since April 2023. Prior to this role, Andrea held the position of Vice President for Central Latin America at Medtronic from April 2021 to March 2023. A significant portion of Andrea's career was spent at Bayer Consumer Care AG, where roles included Senior VP of Strategic Projects and Global Category Business Unit Leader for Gastrointestinal products from January 2015 to December 2020. Andrea also worked as Global Head of Primary Care at Bayer Pharmaceuticals and held multiple leadership positions within Bayer Consumer Care, including Regional Head for Latin America and Global Strategic Business Unit Leader for Dermatologicals. Beginning the career as Country Head at Bayer Consumer Care Iberia, Andrea's educational background includes an MBA from Boston College Carroll School of Management, a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and bachelor's degrees in Social Communication (Marketing) and Business Administration from ESPM and FGV, respectively.
