Ashley Sweetland Mbe

Ashley Sweetland MBE currently serves as VP and Head of Global Corporate Affairs at Convatec, a position held since July 2021, overseeing global communications, engagement, and ESG strategies. Prior to this role, Ashley was the Head of Global Corporate Internal Communications and Director of Global Internal Communications at IHG Hotels & Resorts from December 2016 to July 2021. At CBRE, Ashley held multiple roles including Director of Internal Communications & Corporate Responsibility (UK & EMEA), managing communications for a large network across 30+ countries. Additional experience includes consulting roles in internal communications and corporate responsibility at Lloyds Banking Group and Corporate Culture, along with a parliamentary internship at the House of Commons and advisory work for the Department for Education.
