Carol Brewster is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in the medical and healthcare industries. Currently serving as the Advanced Operations Procurement Director at Convatec since April 2017, Carol oversees collaboration between Technology & Innovation and Advanced Operations teams to ensure effective sourcing of materials and suppliers for new product launches. Prior to Convatec, Carol held various leadership positions at Acelity and Systagenix Wound Management, with responsibilities ranging from global procurement strategy to team leadership in purchasing and supplier quality. Carol's career began at Johnson & Johnson, where expertise in contract negotiation and supplier management was developed across multiple franchises.
