Danila Usachev

Danila Usachev is a seasoned senior sales director currently leading the Infusion Care segment at Convatec since March 2023. With over a decade of experience at Stryker, Danila served as General Manager for North EEMEA and Russia and Kazakhstan, overseeing commercial leadership and general management across diverse markets, achieving sustained sales growth, and enhancing organizational capabilities. Danila's experience includes roles at Johnson & Johnson as a Business Unit Manager, where Danila drove growth in the heart rhythm disorders field, and as a co-founder of a marketing and social research firm.
