Emma Jones

Emma Jones has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and HR roles. Emma is currently the Talent Acquisition Lead APAC at Convatec, a role they started in 2022. Previously, they worked at Toll Group as a Strategic HR Business Partner and later as a Talent Acquisition Service Delivery Manager. During their time at Toll Group, they led a team, managed recruitment services, and implemented change programs.

Before Toll Group, Emma worked at the Department of Justice and Community Safety in Victoria as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Project Lead. In this role, they played a key role in sourcing and onboarding senior leaders and implementing the internal mobility platform.

Emma has also held positions as the Director of Quinn Allan, Co-Founder of Dalachy, Founder and Managing Director of Cadence People, and Director at Charterhouse Partnership. Emma started their career as a Business Development Manager at Alliance Recruitment.

Emma Jones attended Monash University where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Arts with a focus on Psychology. Prior to attending university, they completed their high school education at The Geelong College, where they obtained a VCE degree.
