Ger Dersjant

Ger Dersjant has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ger is currently working at ConvaTec as the Head of Strategic Accounts & Partnerships for the Nordics and Benelux region. Prior to this, they served as the General Manager at Retail E-commerce, where they were responsible for P&L management, developing e-commerce strategies, and overseeing business operations. Ger also played a key role in the integration of a subsidiary company. Before that, Ger worked at BENU as the Manager of Operations for BENU Direct, where they were accountable for P&L, led a team of 5 direct reports and 120 employees, and achieved significant growth in customers and employees. Ger's earlier experiences include roles at Brocacef, Pi2m, and Van Spaendonck Management Consultants, where they gained expertise in operations management, business development, and change management.

Ger Dersjant attended Tilburg University from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Drs. degree in Organisatie Wetenschappen. Prior to that, they attended Avans University of Applied Sciences from 1998 to 2002, majoring in Management, Economie en Recht (MER). In 1996 and 1997, they also studied Management, Economie en Recht (MER) at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht).
