Michael Blundell

Michael Blundell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process improvement and project management. Michael has worked at ConvaTec as a Senior Process Improvement and Project Manager since January 2016, where Michael is responsible for designing and implementing Continuous Improvement Systems, leading improvement projects, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Prior to ConvaTec, Michael worked for the UK Government as a Continuous Improvement Project Manager and at Magna Automotive as a Process Improvement and Project Leader. Michael holds a BA in History from the University of Liverpool and has additional training in Kepner Tregoe and Clifton Strengths analysis.
