Richard Legge

Richard Legge is an experienced leader in training and development with a focused background in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Global Leadership Development Director at ConvaTec since January 2011, Richard has held various roles including Director of L&D EMEA and Sales Force Effectiveness Manager UKI, overseeing training and metric monitoring for sales personnel across multiple divisions. Prior to this, Richard worked as a Regional Business Manager at ConvaTec Woundcare and Abbott Vascular Devices, as well as in management roles at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. Richard holds a Level 7 Certificate in Learning & Development from CIPD and an MBA from the University of Bath, complemented by a Diploma from the Oxford School of Radiography.
