Richard Lucas

Richard Lucas has a strong background in finance and accounting, with significant experience in financial planning and analysis, reporting, and strategic planning. Richard has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including Vice President Finance at ConvaTec and Senior Director positions at Shire Pharmaceuticals. Lucas has successfully managed finance work streams related to acquisitions and has integrated multiple acquisitions into reporting frameworks. Richard has also led the development of planning processes and provided insightful financial analysis to executive management. Earlier in their career, Lucas worked at Syngenta and Freemans, where they held roles in project management, finance business partnering, and management accounting.

Richard Lucas attended Brentwood School in Brentwood, Essex, United Kingdom from 1990 to 1991, where they completed their A Levels in Maths, Economics, and Business Studies. Following that, they went on to study at Kingston University from 1992 to 1995, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies.
