Sharon Dietrich

Sharon Dietrich has an extensive work experience in human resources and transformation. From 2019 to present, they have been serving as the VP, Transformation, HR at ConvaTec. Prior to that, they held the position of VP Human Resources, Americas at ConvaTec from 2016. From 2013 to 2016, they took a sabbatical to explore new opportunities. From 2010 to 2013, they were the VP Human Resources, Americas at ConvaTec and also held the position of VP Human Resources, Intercontinental Region & Global Marketing, Business Development, and Innovation. Before joining ConvaTec, they worked at Genzyme as the Snr Director, Japan-Asia Pacific from 2007 to 2010 and at Boston Scientific as the Director HR, Asia and Australia from 2004 to 2006. Their career began at Smith & Nephew, where they served as the International HR Director from 1992 to 2003.
