Shona MacDonald

Shona Macdonald is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in market access and public policy within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of UK & Ireland, Market Access and Reimbursement at Convatec since November 2022, Shona leads the market access strategy for the entire portfolio lifecycle. Previous roles include Associate Director of Public Policy and Market Access and an interim position as Commercial Director for the UKI Ostomy Business Unit. Shona held the position of National Lead for Non-Acute at NHS Supply Chain and was Managing Director at Covalon Technologies (Europe) Ltd, where the UK introduction of the Covalon portfolio was a notable achievement.
