Tomasz Kwiatkowski

Tomasz Kwiatkowski is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as the National Sales Manager for Advanced Wound Care & Critical Care at ConvaTec since August 2018, Tomasz leads business development in Poland and drives sales targets across community and hospital markets. Prior roles include Head of Sales at HARTMANN GROUP and National Sales Manager positions at Johnson & Johnson, Sanofi-Aventis, and RB, where responsibilities encompassed creating and implementing commercial strategies, managing key accounts, and leading sales teams. Tomasz's career began at Wrigley, where responsibilities included regional sales management and merchandising.
