Dr Mukul Harish Chopra

Dr Mukul Harish Chopra has a extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Dr Mukul Harish currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at ConveGenius since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Human Resources at Club Factory from October 2018 to January 2022. Dr Mukul Harish also held the position of Human Resources Director at Huawei from January 2017 to September 2018. Before that, they worked as the Head of Engagement and Strategy at Aircel from September 2013 to December 2016. Dr Chopra also served as the Group HR Head at Arshiya International from October 2010 to September 2013.

Earlier in their career, they held various roles at different organizations including as the Head HR, Global Technical Sales at Huawei India Branch from January 2009 to October 2010, an Assistant Vice President at Reliance Retail from May 2006 to December 2008, and as the Circle Head: HR at Reliance Infocom from June 2002 to May 2006. Dr Mukul Harish also worked as a Manager at Airtel from June 1999 to May 2002 and as a Senior Executive at Essar Telecom from May 1996 to May 1999.

Dr Mukul Harish began their educational journey in 1988 at Punjab Engineering College, where they spent four years completing their Bachelor's in Engineering with a field of study in Mechanical engineering. After obtaining their undergraduate degree, they decided to further their education in the field of management.

From 1994 to 1996, Dr. Chopra attended Panjab University, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources. This program allowed him to develop a deeper understanding of the concepts and strategies related to managing personnel effectively.
