Additionally, Carl has held leadership positions such as Program Underwriting Team Leader and Commercial Insurance Team Leader. Prior to their insurance career, Carl served as a General Manager at Olive Garden and as an Area Director at Darryl's Wood Fired Grill. Carl holds an Associate In Risk Management degree from The Institutes and attended the University of Tennessee from 1984 to 1987.
