Crysta MacHado

Crysta Machado is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in audio-visual operations and customer support. Since November 2020, Crysta has held multiple roles at Convene, including Technology Manager, AV Operations Specialist, Customer Support Team Lead, and Virtual AV Technician. Prior to this, Crysta worked as a Technology Specialist and Service Technician at Convene from October 2017 to February 2020, and served as a Teaching Assistant at the New York Film Academy from June 2017 to September 2017. Crysta holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Television and Documentary Production from Hunter College and studied at the Academy for Careers in Television and Film.
