Nicholas Dumoulin

Nicholas Dumoulin, P.Eng, currently serves as the Manager of Smart Building Technology at Dream Unlimited, where responsibilities include developing and implementing smart building strategies, overseeing significant capital projects, and managing vendor relations related to various building systems. Previous roles include Senior Building Systems Engineer at RYCOM, where data analytics enhanced HVAC system optimization, and Sales Representative and Project Manager at Regulvar Inc., facilitating the design and implementation of Building Automation Systems. Nicholas also has experience in project coordination, student advocacy, and administrative support from roles in various organizations. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Sustainable and Renewable Energy from Carleton University.
