Ivan Cazares

Ivan Cazares is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in kitchen management and food preparation. Since April 2013, Ivan has served as Executive Chef at Convene, overseeing kitchen operations. Prior to this role, Ivan worked as Head Cook at Vic & Antony Steakhouse for a short period in late 2012 and as Sous Chef at Press Restaurant from January to December 2012, where responsibilities included managing the kitchen and training new employees. Ivan's culinary journey began at Buddha Bar, where from May 2006 to December 2009, Ivan managed kitchen operations and handled inventory for a diverse menu.
