Kaylyn Burgos

Kaylyn Burgos is a skilled Information Technology professional with extensive experience in technical support and management. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Analyst at Convene since September 2019, Kaylyn oversees the resolution of 30+ daily incidents and requests through the Zendesk ticketing system. As a Co-Founder of Vivid-Works since May 2021, Kaylyn contributes to the organization's strategic initiatives.
