Margaret Rafferty

Margaret Rafferty is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Chief People Officer and Head of People & Culture at Convene since July 2019, Rafferty previously held the position of VP of People for North America at Ennismore. Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at Viceroy Hotel Group, Director of Human Resources at GrandLife Hotels, Human Resources Manager at Tribeca Grand Hotel, and Recruitment Manager as well as Human Resources Coordinator at Grand Hospitality. Margaret Rafferty holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Franklin & Marshall College, obtained in 2001, and attended The John Cooper School from 1994 to 1997.
