Carlos García Abad

Carlos García Abad is an accomplished civil engineer with a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Sevilla, obtained in September 2021, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution in September 2019. Currently serving as Jefe de producción at Convensa since March 2022, Carlos has managed significant projects such as the modernization of the Mira Sintra-Meleças section of the Oeste Line and the construction project for the implementation of standard gauge in the Mediterranean Corridor between Castellbisbal and Murcia. Prior to this role, Carlos worked as an Ingeniero de Caminos, Canales y Puertos at VS Ingenova from August 2020 to March 2022, focusing on roadway design and construction for the Metropolitan Area of Seville, with expertise in road safety.
