Kapil Raghuraman is a seasoned professional in the fields of marketing and biomedical engineering, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Marketing at Conventus Flower Orthopedics since February 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Enovis, where Kapil held several positions from January 2020 to February 2025, including Global Product Manager for Enabling Tech and Senior Associate Product Manager for Hips and Outpatient Solutions, alongside being recognized as R&D Engineer of the Year in 2020. Earlier experience encompasses research and teaching assistant roles at The University of Toledo and The Ohio State University, where Kapil received accolades including Outstanding TA and Outstanding MS Thesis. Additional experience includes an internship at Navidea Biopharmaceuticals Limited, focusing on clinical data analysis for breast cancer therapeutics. Kapil holds a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering with a Minor in Business and a Master’s degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from The Ohio State University and The University of Toledo.
