From 2012 to 2017, they worked as a Staff Teaching Assistant and Camp Counselor at WINDMILL SCHOOL INC. In 2017, they transitioned to Flower Orthopedics, where they held various roles. Brian started as a Financial Analyst, responsible for developing financial models and analyzing business trends. In 2018, they became the Financial Operations Supervisor, overseeing financial planning and analysis, inventory control, and data analytics. In 2018, they were promoted to Sales Operations Manager, where they managed staff responsible for customer service, financial planning and analysis, project management, and inventory control. Finally, in 2019, they assumed the role of Senior Operations Manager, where they managed staff responsible for customer service, financial planning and analysis, project management, inventory control, and supply chain.
