Chris Steinig

Chris Steinig has extensive experience in the technology industry. Chris has held various positions at different companies throughout their career. Currently, they work as the VP of Technology & Enterprise at Convera since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Western Union Business Solutions from 2011 to 2022, holding roles such as Head of Engineering, IT Director, and Senior Software Architect. Before Western Union, they were employed at Travelex Global Business Payments as a Software Development Manager and Software Application Architect from 2007 to 2011. Chris also worked at Ruesch International as a Software Application Architect and Senior Software Developer from 2001 to 2007. Additionally, they had early experience at Microsoft Corporation, working as a Software Development Engineer, Test from 1998 to 2000 and as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer Intern in 1997.

Chris Steinig received a BSCS degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland in 1997. Chris also holds a certification as a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile Inc.
