Mitch Hayes has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies. Mitch started their career in 2008 as a Pull Item Administrator at International Financial Data Services (IFDS), where they were responsible for ensuring the prompt return of legal documents and handling administrative tasks related to financial products.

In 2009, Mitch transitioned to the role of Legal Administrator at IFDS, providing tax and financial support to retail clients. Mitch then moved on to become a Client Accountant, overseeing fund performance for multiple FTSE 100/250 companies and analyzing P&L on a daily basis. From 2013 to 2017, they served as a Client Relationship Manager at IFDS, managing premier global client coverage and maintaining relationships with FTSE 100/250 and boutique companies.

In 2017, Mitch joined Western Union Business Solutions as a Senior Relationship Manager, where they excelled in nurturing both existing and new client relationships. Mitch also served as the Head of Dealing (North America), coaching and mentoring the Dealing Team for the Mid-Market vertical.

Most recently, Mitch has been working at Convera as the Head of Dealing and Relationship Management. In this role, they oversee multiple teams across the US, focusing on revenue generation, coaching, and mentoring. Mitch has successfully implemented strategic partnerships with new clients and collaborates across departments to ensure service and quality standards are met.

Mitch Hayes earned their Investment Operations Certificate (IOC) from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) in 2015. Prior to this, they studied Accounting at Chelmsford College from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained the Association of Accounting Technicians qualification.
