Rachel Gerace

Rachel Gerace is currently the Chief People Officer at Convercent. Rachel has held this position since October 2012. Prior to their current role, they served as the Director of the Project Management Office at Rivet Software from April 2011 to September 2012. Rachel has also been a Partner and Program Consultant at Linchpin Logic, and the Director of Client Services at Knowledge Factor. Rachel began their career at Space Imaging in 1998 as an International Business Management Representative, and eventually became the Manager of International Business Development in 2005.

Rachel Gerace has a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Rachel also has certification from the Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and certification from the Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional (PMP). In addition, they have a Project Management Certificate Program from Colorado State University.

Rachel Gerace reports to Patrick Quinlan, CEO. They work with Asha Palmer - Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer & EVP, Converge, Mark Erbele - EVP, Customer Success, and Philip Winterburn - Chief Strategy Officer.
