Dominic Spindler started their work experience in 2001 as a Managing Partner at SHS VIVEON AG, where they held the position until 2009. In 2011, they founded MarketBaro GmbH and served as the Geschäftsführer until 2013. In 2014, they co-founded Convercus GmbH and took on the role of Co-Founder & COO. Convercus focuses on making user and customer engagement easy for brands through their loyalty and marketing platform.

Dominic Spindler's education history begins in 1995 when they attended Technische Universität Dresden. Dominic pursued a field of study in BWL and obtained a Vordiplom degree in 1997. Afterwards, they enrolled at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid from 1997 to 1998, where they focused on studying Beratende Psychologie and Entrepreneurship. In 1998, Dominic attended WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) for two years, majoring in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Internationales Marketing & Management, and obtained a Magister degree in 2000. In the same year, they briefly enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, studying Entrepreneurship and Finance.
