Trevor Hartman

Trevor Hartman is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and platform development. As Co-Founder of Converge since June 2019, Trevor has played a pivotal role in creating an all-in-one communication and learning management platform. Previously at Carta, from January 2021 to May 2024, Trevor served as Senior Staff Engineer and Head of Developer Experience, focusing on self-service and automation strategies within the Platform Infrastructure organization. Trevor also managed cloud infrastructure for CartaX as a Senior Staff Site Reliability Engineer, ensuring compliance and security for a regulated environment. At eBay, Trevor contributed to the Marketing Tech organization as a Senior Member of Technical Staff and led a team of engineers in building a localized eBay experience for China. Additionally, in 2017, Trevor was a Founding Software Engineer at Lab79, Inc., where foundational infrastructure and secure cloud solutions were developed.
